Article 2: Product Information

D.R.S the Studio sells products such as race calendars, birthday calendars, cards, prints, and other creative paper-based designs.

– All prices are displayed including VAT.
– Products are described as accurately as possible, including size and materials.
– Personalized products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

 

Article 3: Ordering & Payment

An order becomes final once the payment has been successfully completed.

D.R.S the Studio accepts the following payment methods:
• Credit & debit cards
• iDEAL
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay

D.R.S the Studio reserves the right to cancel an order if clear errors occur in pricing, stock availability, or product information.

Article 4: Shipping Policy

1. Orders are shipped via DHL with a track and trace code. 

2. The average shipping time is 1–5 business days.

3. For shipping within the Netherlands, the following rates apply:

DHL
• Letterbox package: €4.20
• Parcel: €6.45

1. International shipping is available.
   Shipping costs vary by country and are automatically calculated at checkout. If it's not working with your country send a email to info@studiodesignamic.com

2. D.R.S the Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

3. All products are packaged carefully and securely.

4. In case of damage, the customer must send photos of the packaging before opening the parcel to D.R.S the Studio for further handling.

 

Article 5: Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

1. Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. The product must be returned unused and in its original condition.

3. Customers must notify D.R.S the Studio via e-mail within 14 days if they wish to use their right of withdrawal.

4. Any defects or damage must be supported with clear photos.

5. Personalized products cannot be returned.

6. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Once the returned product has been received in good condition, D.R.S the Studio will refund the amount within 5 business days.

8. If the product has been handled carelessly, any decrease in value may be deducted from the refund.

Article 6: Delivery & Complaints

1. Complaints can be submitted via: info@Studiodesignamic.com

2. Always include the order number and photos if the complaint concerns a product.

3. D.R.S the Studio responds within 5 business days.

4. The customer and D.R.S the Studio will work together to find a suitable solution.

 

Article 7: Liability

1. D.R.S the Studio is not liable for delays caused by PostNL, DHL, or other carriers.

2. D.R.S the Studio is not liable for incorrect address information provided by the customer.

3. D.R.S the Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

 

Article 8: Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, photos, and texts created by D.R.S the Studio are protected by copyright.
It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission.
