At D.R.S the Studio, we aim to process every order with care, speed, and transparency. On this page, you will find detailed information about our shipping methods, shipping costs, delivery times, return conditions, and our commitment to sustainability. We believe it is important that every customer clearly understands what to expect.
Shipping Methods
We ship our products via PostNL (International) and DHL (The Netherlands). Depending on the size, weight, or type of product, we automatically select the most reliable and fastest shipping option. You do not have to do anything—our system chooses the best method for your order.

Shipping Costs
Because we offer products in various sizes, our shipping costs may vary. Below you will find a guideline overview. The exact shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

For shipments within the Netherlands, the following rates apply:

Shipping costs vary by country and are calculated automatically at checkout. -
D.R.S the Studio is not responsible for carrier delays.

Products are packaged with care.

In case of damage, the customer must email photos of the package before opening it to D.R.S the Studio for further processing.
Delivery Time
We process and ship orders within 1 to 5 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Track & Trace code. The final delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination country. During busy periods, holidays, or unexpected delays at PostNL or DHL, delivery may take slightly longer.
Track & Trace
All orders are shipped with Track & Trace, allowing you to follow your order at any time. Tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. Some letterbox packages may have limited or alternative tracking options.
Loss, Damage, or Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged or is not delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@studiodesignamic.com. We kindly ask you to send photos of any damage so we can investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Returns
At D.R.S the Studio, you may return products within the legal return period. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and preferably in their original packaging. Personalized products cannot be returned. We recommend sending return shipments with Track & Trace so you always have proof of return. More information can be found in our detailed return policy.
Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt.

The product must be returned unused and in its original condition.

The customer must notify us via email within 14 days if they wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Any damage or defects must be proven with clear photos.

Personalized products cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned product is received in good condition, D.R.S the Studio will refund the amount within 30 business days.

In case of damage caused by improper handling, a reduction in refund value may apply.
Sustainable Packaging
We strive to use sustainable, recyclable, and environmentally friendly packaging materials as much as possible. Whenever possible, we fill packages with recycled materials. This helps us keep our ecological footprint as small as possible.
